NucliVision develops AI-based nuclear medicine imaging software classified as a medical device. Our clinical products are designed to process imaging data exclusively within the secure confines of hospital information systems (PACS, RIS, and VNA environments). NucliVision's clinical software does not transmit identifiable patient data to NucliVision's servers or any external system.

NucliVision enters into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities (healthcare providers and health systems) as required under HIPAA. Processing of PHI in connection with our clinical products is governed by those BAAs and our clinical data processing agreements, not this website privacy policy.
